Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

This Privacy Policy is published by Chily Had Tech Ltd for ictspares.net and for TradeHub Publisher, an internal tool that publishes content to Facebook Pages we own (ICTSpares, HotelHub, DigitalStore). The app is not offered to the public as a login product.

Data we process

Page access tokens, Page IDs, and the captions and media that we ourselves upload. We do not collect personal data from Facebook visitors through this app. The storefront may receive inquiry forms you submit (company, contact name, email, phone, country, message).

How we use it

Tokens and media are used only to schedule and publish posts on our own Pages via the Meta Graph API. Inquiry details are used only to reply to your RFQ.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion — TradeHub Publisher”. We will revoke stored tokens and delete publish logs within 30 days. You can also remove the app under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
